You can choose to have your plants shipped or pick them up yourself.
Shipping
We ship our cuttings in specially designed boxes, ensuring they are well-protected and safely arrive at our customers.
Orders of 1-3 pieces are shipped in compact boxes that protect both the root ball and the cutting.
For 4-5 pieces, we use larger boxes that offer optimal protection during the shipping process.
Shipping Information:
Shipping Partner: GLS
Germany: €16 shipping fee
Austria: €8 shipping fee
Free Shipping: Orders over €100 to Germany or over €80 to Austria
Shipping Times: Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. Shipments to Austria arrive next working day, and to Germany in 2-3 days. Orders are sent only on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.
Shipping Timeline:
Once payment is received, if items are in stock, we ship on the next business day. If out of stock, we will cut fresh cuttings, which take up to 2 weeks to develop sufficient roots. All plants are carefully inspected for health before shipping.
Pickup in Store (Vienna, Austria)
You can also order and pick up our plants directly from us or from our B2B partners at their stores. If you’d like to have Baba Genetics cuttings available at your local grow shop, simply provide the shop owner with our contact details.
